How It Works


Step 1 Choose a theme from our party packages or create a custom package.


Step 2 Fill out the registration form.


Step 3 A 50 euro deposit is required to book the event and secure your private party date/time. The deposit is refundable if the private party is cancelled within 7 calendar days (day1 is the date of booking). After 7 calendar days, the deposit is non-refundable; however, you are allowed to change the party date ONCE without losing the deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your party on the day of the event. Full payment is required 4 days prior to event date.


Step 4 We will be in contact to finalise everything.

Observation: We must know the total number of children one week prior to the event to be sure we have the required supplies.


Step 5 Thirty minutes before the party our mobile studio or Art Bus will come at our customer’s home or location of your choosing with all of the supplies.


Step 6 TippTopp art party team will set up the art projects using tables, chairs, decorations and supplies. We provide all resources and invitations for you to print.

We turn your chosen location into a stylish art party studio every child or teen has ever dreamed of.


Step 7 We will help partygoers create their art project during the two hours art party. No need for a goody bag, each child takes home their very own creation as a favour!


Step 8 Once the party is finished TippTopp art party team will do all the setting up and packing away, leaving you to relax.
