About Art Bus

The Art Bus is Luxembourg’s first complete mobile art studio which provides art for everyone. We offer art parties, painting and crafting workshops, and fine art lessons.

We are mobile so that means we bring the art to you. This new concept eliminates the tiring logistics of travel for parents and kids and keeps them in the comfort of their own location (home, neighbourhood or school).

We converted a Mercedes Sprinter minivan into a mobile art and craft studio that will fit on most driveways.

How does it work?

  • Choose a theme from our party packages or create a custom package

  • Complete the booking request form

  • A 50 euro deposit is required after our confirmation to book the event and secure your private party date/time. Note that the party reservation is only effective upon receipt of the deposit. Full payment is required 3 working days prior to event date

  • We will be in contact to finalise everything

  • 15 minutes before the party our mobile studio or Art Bus will come at our customer’s home or location with all of the art supplies and we are ready to take between 10 and 15 children for a fun creative party

  • We will bring everything needed for your mini artists to create and have an exciting experience they will remember

  • The bus will remain parked for the duration of the event. It is designed to allow the chance for kids to get creative and have fun

  • A party on the Art Bus is an only-children event. Adults are not allowed to stay on the bus during the party. So parents can relax in the comfort of their home while kids are on the stationary bus creating art and more importantly, memories

Art Party activities

We offer 6 art activities suitable for any age and artistic skills level:

*For the painting activities let us know what theme you have in mind and we will do our best to meet your expectations.

*Note that the minimum age for a group of children is 5 years old

Standard package

​​

  • €300 for 10 children which includes one main art activity for 1.5 hours.

Each package includes:

​

  • all art materials – everyone takes home their own creations!

  • additional activities i.e. glitter tattoos, magical scratch drawings and booth photo session

  • experienced art teacher

  • digital invitations

  • photos taken throughout and sent via airdrop or whatsapp after the party

Premium package

​

  • €400 for 10 children which includes one main art activity and one second activity (i.e. slime making and crafting) for 2 hours.
